General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to trauma.
An X-ray is needed to confirm the diagnosis and exclude any fracture.
Meanwhile, I suggest you to use anti-inflammatory medication for the pain such as Ibuprofen.A visit at an orthopedist is necessary to evaluate the situation.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
